12/6 Road to Revolution

 

Monday- Students will read about and discuss the Second Continental Congress.

Review  of Committees of Correspondence, Townshend Acts, Boston Massacre, Boston Tea Party, Coercive Acts, First Continental Congress, The Battles of Lexington and Concord, The Shot Heard Around the World.  We will use Quizlet as a review.

 

Tuesday- Students will work in a small group to create a Road to Revolution poster. Review 

 

Wednesday – Road to Revolution Quiz 2

This quiz will cover the above sections and include one paragraph essay question.

 

Thursday- States  Bingo

 

Friday – States Bingo.  Let’s see what you know practice quiz of 50 states. This will not be a grade in the grade book.

 

Remember to work at home on learning the location of the U.S. States. Quizlet- Colonies/States

U.S. States and Capitals.

We will have a REAL States quiz at the end of Janurary and again in the spring.
